So Fidel Castro is finally going to relinquish the Presidency of Cuba? So what? Raul Castro will in all likelyhood become the next President and he is no better if not worse than Fidel. I don't expect to see anything for the better, especially since Raul was Fidel's enforcer and seems to enjoy torture and killing. Additionally, Fidel will still probably be pulling the strings.
